Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be made via phone, email, text, or online (when available).

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may incur a $25-$200 fee to cover lost time.

If we arrive and are unable to access the property, a full service charge may apply.
Payment Terms

Payments are due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and [insert any other payment options].

Late payments over 7 days may incur a $15 late fee and could result in paused services.
Scope of Service
Each service type (Turnover Clean, Deep Clean, Move-Out Clean, etc.) includes specific tasks as outlined on our website or your booking confirmation.
Please note: We do not perform:

Heavy lifting (items over 30 lbs)

Cleaning biohazards, pest infestations, or mold

Exterior window cleaning (above ground level)

Steam carpet cleaning (unless add-on is booked)
If unsafe or hazardous conditions are present, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the service.
